Established on 19 Agrahayan 1407 Bangabda (5 December 2000), the Bangladesh Industrial Engineers’ Association (BIEA) was founded by a visionary group determined to create a groundbreaking institution that seamlessly blends volunteer dedication with professional excellence. From its inception, BIEA has operated as an apolitical, non-profit organization devoted to elevating human welfare and advancing the engineering profession while also championing the cause of marginalized communities throughout Bangladesh. At its core, technical mastery and strategic foresight drive every initiative.

Rooted in the steadfast conviction that "compromise is not an option when it comes to rights," our association has built a resilient and meticulously organized platform.
