Since our modest inception on April 5, 2000, the Bangladesh Industrial Engineers Association (BIEA) has transcended its humble beginnings to emerge as a dynamic and meticulously coordinated fraternity. What started as a small collective has blossomed into an influential consortium that stands as a testament to visionary ideals and unwavering commitment to professional excellence.

At BIEA, our core mandate is to engineer sustainable employment pathways across both public and private sectors.
