The Bangladesh Industrial Engineers' Association (BIEA), founded in December 2000, is a non-profit professional body committed to the holistic development of engineers and the socio-economic advancement of Bangladesh. Our mission is to fortify the rights of engineers, foster employment avenues, and drive technological and industrial evolution while uplifting underprivileged communities. Concurrently, we advocate for a systemic framework where democratic governance, legal integrity, fundamental human rights, and socio-economic parity remain at the forefront.

Throughout its journey, BIEA has been an instrumental force in policy advocacy, crisis mitigation, and workforce integration within the engineering domain. Through our strategic interventions, a substantial number of unemployed engineers have transitioned into meaningful employment, reinforcing our commitment to sectoral sustainability.
